With the development of economy and the extensive application of science and technology, the process of urbanization has developed rapidly. However,it also triggered a series of urban problems, such as traffic jams, environmental pollution, and so on,which brought huge challenges to human survival and development.Governments in various countries have gradually put on the agenda the green commuting to ease traffic congestion and reduce carbon emissions. Therefore,in order to explore the reasons for citizen participation in the green commuting platform, this paper uses the green commuting section of the “My Nanjing” APP as an example to explore the influencing factors of citizens' willingness to continue to use on the green commuting platform and this thesis has some research value.Combined with the content and purpose of the study, this thesis mainly uses the theory of the citizen voluntarism, gamification, health motivation and value theory as theoretical basis to build the research model. We use resources, issue engagements, psychological engagements, recruitment, monetary incentives,non-monetary incentives and health motivation as the model's antecedent variables, and we use the creation of public values and perceived private values as intermediate variables;and we put continuous use as the dependent variable.Based on the research model, ten research hypotheses are proposed. In order to test the model,we used the questionnaire survey and obtained 269 datas. The study found that issue engagements and psychological engagements had a significant impact on citizens' creation of public value, while resources and recruitment did not have a significant impact;non-monetary incentives and health motivations had a significant impact on citizens' perception of private value.Money incentives in this study did not significantly affect citizens' perception of private value;citizens perceived private value had a significant impact on the creation of public value, while citizens' creation of public value and perceived private value also had a significant impact on users' continued participation in public services. This thesis also explains the impact effects and degree to supplement the gap in this aspect of academic research, and it can provide guidance for the relevant managers of the green commuting platform in practice.
