At present, our risk management(including construction project risk management)research is still in its infancy. This also led to the construction project risk analysis and management is far from perfect. This also shows that the construction project risk management research needs to be further strengthened.Through this study, aims to further strengthen the risk management of information technology projects, thus promoting faster development of information technology projects.As well as other relevant references for risk management organizations.In this paper, from the perspective of project management, project risk management theory, combined with the characteristics BJGA information technology projects, study basic processes BJGA information technology project risk management, analysis of the current situation and the characteristics of information technology project risk management,information technology projects to explore risk identification methods, risk assessment studies information technology projects and methods of risk management, and the initial construction of the integrated model of information technology project risk management.BJGA information technology to enhance the combat capability of the enemy of national security agencies and national security agencies of internal administrative efficiency and improve the level of serving the people, it is a central part of the implementation of the national security agencies of e-government. Information technology risk, but not terrible, the key is that we need to promptly identify risks and find the policy of restraint, in order to ensure the correct direction of police information construction.BJGA information for all aspects of the project risks in the project’s life cycle characteristics and construction of the information technology projects, the risks can be divided into the planning of this project risk, implementation risk and operational risk categories. For the identified project planning, implementation, operation phase of risk factors,according to the proposed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for project risk assessment.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation probability grading reference, the project risk factor is 0.534, between 0.3--0.7, so the risk of the project is medium risk, which is the biggest riskthe planning stage, should be focused on prevention.In this paper, the theory and the practice of combining project methods to improve the comprehensiveness and integrity of the study. Model BJGA information about the project risk management to be further deepened. Qualitative and quantitative project risk analysis model is the trend of project risk analysis methods and techniques introduced more risk management,methods and techniques for the national security industry applicability analysis and synthesis,and so build for National Security information characteristics of the project risk management models, will have a positive practical significance for national security information risk management.
