Manulife-Sinochem Life is the first corporation which entered the Chinese market. It has been 18 years since 1996.Now After efforts have begun to take shape, and Already has 61 branches in the country.Manulife-Sinochem Life of Hubei branch was established in November 2011 in Wuhan, Companies have successfully across difficult preparatory period, to mature and maintain a steady robust enterprise management in Hubei province,which step to a trend of the development of market. However, under the background of product homogeneity and information openness, the market competition is unprecedented, that is to win the market eyes turned to form a differentiated competitive advantage talent management. But with the development of the company, and the contradiction between the enterprise management and officers’ incentives have also gradually been prominent, how to ensure the benefit under the premise of effective and motivate the enthusiasm of senior managers remains to be strengthen.In the thesis, the topic is to focus on how to appreciate the system of senior offices management in Hubei Province, After the statement of making the topic idea, In order to sum up the essential, First of all,’the human resources management’is discussed with the theory of learning the four incentive, which also explained with the key for the principal-agent theory of information,asymmetry theory of human capital theory and the human capital theory. In the second place, through the introduce of the services for the company (Manulife-Sinochem Life of Hubei branch) of the talent stimulating mechanism, that is to analysis the potential accidents. Thirdly, above the problems, we should put forward from the Angle of offices’ incentive technology improvement, and present situation of the enterprises tailored EVA salary incentive and stock option incentive, making in order to motivate executives Lastly, It Will be made a new incentive effectiveness of the proposed analysis.At the beginning and the end of manuscript, we can analyze the talent demands by adopting the empirical research method, through interviews with the main executives, and then to find out the performance of indicators, Otherwise eventually set and consummate the feedback data of offices by the incentive mechanism of executives constantly.
