Innovation is the vitality and motive force of sustainable development for enterprise, and the management innovation is an important factor for enterprise to implement sustainable development strategy. Wei qingqing set up the creative problem solving in operation and management scenarios experimental material based on the theory of Prototype Elicitation, making the enterprise operation and management towards to laboratory research. Because the subjects used by Wei qingqing were still college students subjects, experimental paradigm " one to one "" learning- test" can’t simulate real life management situation in the process of creative problem solving and the ecological validity is low. Aimed at the problem, this study worked out the experimental material of creative problem solving in employee management based on Prototype Elicitation Theory and research the management experience’ influence on employment management by using "seven to seven" "learning test".This study consisted of three parts:in preliminary experiment, the real cases of employee management were collected through interview, and designed according to STAR rule, experimental materials were confirmed by the method of expert evaluation. And the validity of the method was demonstrated by experiment.In experiment 1, grassroots managers were chosen as subjects, the independent variable was the prototype learning conditions and no prototype learning conditions, the dependent variables was the accuracy of problem solving by using the "one to one" "learning-test" paradigm. Subjects wrote down the answers on the answer sheet when they thought of the resolving method, the experimenter rated the answers as 0/1 based on specific standard, so the experiment is designed balanceable. The results indicated that the accuracy of the prototype is much higher than that without prototype, The accuracy of participants was significantly different between in learning/no learning conditions for all and each of the materials, which verified the prototype materials for employee management innovation scenarios has significant prototype elicitation effect.In experiment 2, chose 7 more difficult materials and 7 easier materials, the subjects were grassroots managers and college students, adopted "7 to 7" " learning-test". The independent variables were management experience and topic difficulty, the dependent variables were accuracy in solving problems and prototype activation rate. Results show that the accuracy of grassroots managers in solving problems is higher than college students, also management experience and topic difficulty in the prototype activation rate appeared interaction.The present study can be concluded that:In employee management innovation scenarios, The accuracy of participants was significantly different between in learning/no learning conditions for all and each of the materials, prototype for employee management innovation scenarios has significant elicitation effect。Management experience will promote creative problem solving in employee management innovation scenarios, prototype activation effect is more apparent in difficult creative problem.
