Creative problem-solving is an important behavior for enterprises to realize continuous innovation in order to better adapt to the fierce competitive environment,which plays a significant role in the survival and development of organizations.Different from creativity,creative problem solving is the generation process of core creativity,including identification and construction,information search and acquisition,ideation and the implementation phase including idea evaluation,selection and practice.It is a complete creative work process.Based on the existing researches in the field of innovation,most of them focus on the generation of creativity while ignoring the expression of innovative behavior process.Therefore,this study will discuss the influential mechanism of creative problem solving.Based on experience learning theory and goal setting theory,this paper will take failure-based learning as the independent variable,critical thinking and creative thinking as the mediate variables,and integrate job creative requirement as moderate variable into the model framework,constituting a mediated moderation model,which expects to further explore the influential factors of creative problem-solving and its inner mechanism from the perspective of cognitive behavior of the individual and creative environment.In this study,questionnaires were distributed in two periods,and 356 valid questionnaires were collected.The following conclusions were obtained through empirical test:(1)failure-based learning can promote employees' creative problem-solving;(2)critical thinking and creative thinking separately play mediate roles in the relationship between failure-based learning and creative problem-solving;(3)job creative requirement moderates the relationship between failure-based learning and two different thinking;(4)the moderating effect is positively related to creative problem-solving through the mediation of critical thinking and creative thinking.This article not only broadens the studies of innovation,but also provides a new train ofthoughts and references for the construction,generation and implementation of creative behavior of individuals.In addition,the innovation goal setting in the organization will effectively promote the mechanism,this conclusion also had a certain enlightening and guiding function for the design of organization system.
