| The application of Internet and development of information technology has brought revolutionary breakthrough for vehicle logistics industry, improving the overall level of logistics. With the help of Internet, efficient coordination between companies who participate in vehicle logistics is the key to improve logistics quality. This paper is based on the existing vehicle logistics cooperative monitoring system of an automobile factory, analyzing the problem and shortcoming in the actual use of the system. Then it put forward new requirements and solutions and detail design of the overdue orders distribution optimization & collaborative performance evaluation system.The goal of the system in this paper is to reduce the difficulty in searching the proper overdue transportation bill for third-party logistics providers, and to effectively evaluate the vehicle logistics distribution process, so as to let automobile factory be aware of the situation of logistics quality. The topics include:(1)Analyze historical data and draw useful information, and classify the overdue transportation bill by Naive Bayesian Model. Then the system would recommend the bill to the proper logistics provider.(2)The paper analyzes the index and method of evaluation. Finally it selects the national standard "automobile logistics service index" as the evaluation index, and selects the AHP and the Linear Weighted Method as the evaluation methods, through the experiments prove the effectiveness of the methods.(3)This paper deeply researches AHP. It indicates how to qualitative the quantitative index for practical application, in order to improve the accuracy and reliability of AHP, and verified by actual data.(4)The paper describes the detail design of the system, and programs the system. By analyzing the data generated from the system everyday, to calculate overall performance of each logistics provider or all the participants of vehicle distribution process. |
