As China’s auto output and sales volume increased year by year,the vehicle logistics industry is promoted and tremendous development potential wasbrought to it, with the unprecedented historical opportunities, on one hand, in order toimprove the competitiveness of enterprises in market, each vehicle logistics enterprisehas to expand the scale, improve facilities, enhance logistics service capabilities; Onthe other hand, the vehicle logistics industry establish long-term cooperativerelationship with automobile manufacturers with geographical advantages, while alsotrying to build a larger system of regional logistics network to gain more clients.This paper the concept, classification and features of logistics cost, introduces theconcept, content and steps of logistics cost analysis, introduces the relevant theoryabout logistics cost control, and the current situation and advantages of TPL, analyzesthe impact and elements of vehicle logistics cost, constructs the automobile logisticscost control performance evaluation system, and takes the Changchun Yunda GroupCo., Ltd as an example, combines logistics cost control and performance evaluationsystem and the Delphi model and AHP-TOPSIS model, takes the performanceevaluation of Changchun Yunda Group Co., Ltd, and at last proposes the relevantimprovement measures and solutions, causes a certain significance in some respects.In the end, combined with the research of this paper, summarizes the research workand look forward to the unfinished work.
