SAP-BW is the management platform based on the information technology, utilizing the systematization and digital-thinking idea to help the managers and the staffs in the company draw the decisions correctly and effectively. SAP-BW integrates most of the resources to bring the greatest benefits to the enterprise and to meet the need of information economy and knowledge economy development as well as the need of enhancement of core competitiveness. Currently the effect domestic enterprises SAP-BW system implementation is not very satisfactory because there is no deal with the risk of technology and management. Therefore, the key to deliver the SAP-BW program successfully in the enterprise is the risk controlIt is demonstrated that how to apply the project risk management theory into SAP-BW project through a combination of theoretical and practical approach.at first, the project risk management theory and methods are introduced, SAP-BW project implementation methodology and SAP-BW project the importance and necessity of risk management in the process of implementation of the project, focusing on the risk factors for SAP-BW project identification assess and respond. Then on the status of Yizheng Chemical Fiber Group SAP-BW project and implementation is a major risk factor in the identification and assessment of risk factors:requirement management, project schedule management, technical implementation capacity for risk, the data transformation between the new and old system, system maintenance post-implementation such as 5 main risk factor assessment, and gives the corresponding countermeasures to ensure the success of the project on time.The main research methods are document review method, information collection method, scenario analysis, charts, expert judgment method, brainstorming method. By identifying goals, identifying the main stakeholders, collecting data, estimated risk categories, identify potential risks; subjective grading method and the use of quantitative risk further and sort; expectations method were obtained using the probability of the size of the project risk, high-impact range, the time and assess the severity of the consequences of the occurrence, then develop countermeasures project risks; using statistical analysis on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the establishment of analysis and evaluation system, summarize and analyze the processing, analysis, SAP-BW project implementation process external and the various elements of the overall impact for the project internally, thus highlighting the importance of risk management in the implementation process.
