Research On Ecosystem Service Value Based On Land Use/Cover Change In Zhangjiakou

As the life support system,ecosystem is providing a range of products and services called ecosystem services for human well-beings.With the development of economics and expansion of population rapidly,industrialization and urbanization exerted a greater pressure on Land Use and Land Cover(LUCC),and many natural ecosystems have been converted to artificial ecosystems.LUCC has caused great change of ecosystem structure and ecosystem function,and then changes primary state of ecosystem services.And ecosystem services valuation(ESV) has also been a principal way of judging the importance of ecosystem and optimizing land resource allocation.So it is of significance for trade-off among landoptimization,policy-making and sustainable development of ecosystem services,by means of exploring feedback mechanism between LUCC and ecosystem services change.This study takes Zhangjiakou as the research object,combined with regional characteristics and city function orientation,builds the dynamic ecosystem service value evaluation model based on land use change on small and medium scale.Both absorb the advantages of the traditional static model,and revealed the internal dynamic complex relationship of land use and ecosystem service value change mechanism.Based on the land use theory both domestic and abroad and ecosystem service theory and method,analyzed the change of land use types and structure,land use dynamic degree and land use comprehensive degree from 2009 to 2013,and discussed the driving force factors of land use change in the form of qualitative;try to make the reasonable definition of ecosystem service connotation and classification,reference Xie Gaodi and other scholar’s research results,combining with ecological function of Zhangjiakou,in the perspective of intergration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,revising the value evaluation index system,adjust the value equivalent factor,assessment ecosystem service value of Zhangjiakou in recent 5 years,analysis the process from the time series and the reason for the change.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In recent five years,the area of cultivated land and construction land are grown in Zhangjiakou,and the area of garden land、forest land、grassland and unused land are reduced.The cultivated land area which is the most of growth has increased 11506.61hm2. The unused land area which is the most of decline has reduced 22366.82hm2.(2)In five years,the land use type which has changed the most is construction land.It has cumulatively increased 9706.48hm2,and the land use dynamic degree is 1.32 percent,following by unused land,it reduced 22366.82hm2 in five years,land use dynamic degree is-0.42 percent;the rest of the land use types in accordance with the degree of change from most to least are garden land、grassland、forestland、cultivated land、waters.(3)By analyzing the change of land use degree we can know,agricultural land is the priority land use type,the urban land utilization is still in the stage of development;the index of land use degree is growing,it has gained 1.20 in five years,so we can predict the future that land development will improve,the development of urbanization will continue to accelerate,construction land demand continues to increast,land use conflicts will increasingly significant.(4)Zhangjiakou ecosystem services value in general is on the decline,reduced 153.69×106yuan. Each type of land according to the contribution of ecosystem services value according to the order of forest land、cultivated land、unused land、garden land、water area、grassland、construction land,each type provides ecosystem services value are respectively 31242.00×106yuan 、 8351.17×106yuan 、5771.32×106yuan 、 2712.01×106yuan 、 2576.88×106yuan 、 2273.85×106yuan 、85.34×106yuan. A lot of unused land, garden land, forest land change to construction land that is the main reason of ecosystem service value reduces in Zhangjiakou.(5) Strictly implement the system of land intensive degree, improve the urban construction, efforts to improve the ecological compensation, and increasing proportion of unused to woodland, strengthen ecological tourism industry support are the effective way which can help Zhangjiakou improve the efficiency of land use, guarantee the economic development and ecological benign complementary.
