The first venture capital firm was founded in 1946,the name of it is" American Research & Development Corp."After several decades,because it can manage hi-tech industry,and solve the fund’s shortage, promote high-tech industrialization and marketization and so on,as the "hatching device"of development of hi-tech industry,in every corner of the world,venture capital firms is developing very rapidly especially in developed country.In 1985,"Chinese New Technology Venture Capital Corporation" -the first venture capital firm in our country was found in 1985.It indicates the rise of venture capital firms in China.In recent decades,venture capital firms has made a very big progress in our own country, it also made a great contribution to speed up the improvement of enterprise traditional management model,to let hi-tech industry better and better,and to make the national economy of our country go forword in the further.This article was divided into four parts.part one is an introduction, introducts the proposes of this artical,and it also introduced the research social background and the significance as well as domestic and foreign present situation of the paper,finally, collaborate the paper research ideas and methods.The second chapter introduced the basic theory of risk investment and risk management.Chapter Two introduced the risk investment and related basic theory of risk management. Chapter Three described the identification and evaluation of risk investment of venture capital firm.First identify several factors of investment,and then on the basis of these aspects,construct the investment risk evaluation index system.Then expound the principle of the risk control and the measures of the risk control.Then studied the whole process of investment risk management.In this paper,the whole process is divided into three stages,financing.managing and exiting,described the influence factors of investment risk and how to control the risk of each stage.Last,the artical analyse paper in the view of a corporation investment project.In the first.it introducts the project briefly,to chose each kind of main risk of this project and analysis,then use relevant financial management theory.according to venture corporation’s relate report analysis the financial situation.and then it use the venture appraisals method to appraisal the risk situation.Finally,the project investment risk management puts forward practical measures and suggestions.The last part of the paper concludes related conclusion and points out deficiency and future research prospect.This thesis draws the following main conclusions:firstly,risk investment is a process of various factors interact with each other,investment companies should pay attention to risk management,venture capital company should manage the investment risk not only in venture capital operation process,the financing,managing,exiting,but internal and external management environment and so on.Second,base on the problems of the enterprise risk management,the enterprise must propose specific improment recommendations,measures and countermeasures.This artical suggests that the corporation should spare no effort to perfecting stable development,enhancing the construction of risk culture, ferfecting risk management organization system,improving the management process to realize the risk aversion and control.
