The Research Of Regional Waste Households Appliance Recycling Network Optimization

With the progress of technology and the continuous improvement of living standard, the update rate of household appliances increased and a large number of waste household appliances are generated every year. If throw away the waste household appliances directly or landfill or incinera them simply after dismantling, it can produce a variety of toxic and harmful substances that causes serious harm to human health and living environment. Thus, scientifically dealing with the relation of social economy sustainable development and ecological environment is of great significance.Based on the domestic and foreign references of waste household appliances recycling network optimizing, with the thought of system engineering, from the perspective of overall study, the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis was used in this article to make a deep research of the regional waste household appliances recycling network planning. First of all, the current situation and existing problems of waste household appliances recycling in China were analyzed, and used a generation forecasting method to predict the amount of household appliances scrap. Then this article built a regional waste household appliances recycling network, and established a continuous location model to optimize the layout of the network, and the Genetic Algorithm was applied to solve the model. Then combined with the characteristics of waste household appliances recycling, this article put forward a periodic vehicle routing model for the path optimization of the network, and the tabu search algorithm was applied to solve the model. This article used the Xigang district in Dalian as empirical research to test the methods, and combined with the results of the study, the countermeasures and suggestions considering the current situation of China was put forward.The research results of this article can promote the recycling of waste household appliances in China, and can provide theoretical basis for the government through the macroeconomic control and regulation to establish a scientific network of recycling of waste household appliances recycling to improve the social and economic benefits.
