In recent years, the international price of gold in the trend is weakening along with the international economy and the strength of the dollar. This trend from the current point of view has a certain degree of persistence. Because the gold price weakness, make gold mining enterprise profit space has been greatly suppressed, which makes the survival and development of enterprises has been a great threat. Shandong gold mineral company is Chinese gold industry leader in one of the 2001, since its inception, has made remarkable achievements, but in the international economic situation, the survival and development also threatened. Therefore, according to the development and changes in the strategic environment of Shandong gold, to design a suitable for the enterprise development, has very important practical significance to improve the competitiveness of enterprises strategy.Shandong gold company is Chinese gold industry leading enterprises, since its inception in 2001,pay more attention to strategy management, strategic expansion and reorganization after a few years, realize the great leap forward development, has accumulated some valuable experience in strategic management. This paper reviews the theory and practice based on, and strive to from the angle of theory and practice combination, the integrated use of modern strategic theory, SWOT analysis, five forces model theory of Potter analysis method, advance and application of strategic management in the enterprise, find out the development of the enterprise environment, strategic management and strategic location in question, summarizes the successful experience of enterprise strategic management, and put forward the orientation of enterprise strategic management and direction under the new situation.Shandong gold mineral company through the total cost leading strategy, low cost and form a system of comprehensive, strategic, remain invincible in the fierce competition. Shandong gold mineral company by improving the project investment quality, realizes the low cost expansion of resource; optimization of financing channel, realize low cost financing; strengthening technological innovation, improve the technical content of the mine production, has low cost production technology; focus on the improvement of the operating concepts, the implementation of fine production management, reduce operating costs; to optimize the human resource management, improve the training and incentive mechanism; established control system from top to bottom, guarantee the total cost in the lead of the effective implementation of the strategy.The results of this study, not only can help Shandong gold mineral company develop for their own development strategies, enhance industry competition ability, and analyzed the factors of competitive external environment factors influencing the development of enterprises and industries, so as to realize the rapid development has provided the reference for the scientific enterprise competition strategy formulation, but also for the domestic enterprises especially provides reference and strategy management of gold enterprise.
