The construction industry plays an important role in the economic development of a country, it is an important part of the national economy and it is an important contributor of gross national product and labor employment, basic industry of socio-economic development. In recent years, with the steady and rapid development of China’s national economy, the scale of China’s construction industry is also increasing and output of construction in the national economy increased year by year. As our economy was healthy development momentum and4trillion of investment strategy implementation, stimulating the development and growth of the construction market in China, the status of the construction industry in the national economy is further enhanced, and holds an important position.In the modern enterprise management, strategic management is the prerequisite and the basis of all management activities in the enterprise, it is the core of business management and it is the key to determining the success or failure of the business. This paper regards Laiwu Steel Construction Engineering Division as the research object, analyze and research the company’s external environment and internal environment by combing domestic and international strategic management research and PEST, Porter’s five forces model to analysis. On this basis, determine the company’s strategy by QSPM, and provide the basis and support for the development of the company.
