This thesis first introduces the for MRP Ⅱ/JIT/TOC mixed management on the status quo of three kinds of management methods and the core content, analyzed the meaning of the three kinds of management methods in the practical operation. And comparing the three kinds of management ideas and methods, present their good at and can be applied in the field of environment. On this basis, mainly expounds the existing hybrid theory research, based on some cases of mixed mode is already in use, in-depth interpretation and analysis, find out the mixed mode in the use of actual cases can be reference value and significance. Then, on the introduction and analysis of operating status quo of China tin group, point out the deficiency in its operation, analysis and defines the key point of the problem under the premise of using the conclusion in the first two chapters and methods, combining with the experience of mixed mode is already in use and method, put forward to solve and improve advice. Finally, once again full of China tin group management processes and methods, and make prospect for the future.This thesis based on the production management problems in China tin group, to study and put forward in China tin group’s production and management, adopts the model of MRP Ⅱ/JIT/TOC three kinds of mixed management concept. In the long-term production and management is given priority to with MRP Ⅱ management model, other management way auxiliary management; In the management of production based on orders, with JIT management mode is given priority to, other management auxiliary management; At the scene of the workshop management, with the TOC mode is given priority to, other auxiliary management. In inventory management, is the comprehensive use of various management practices, ensure stock funds at the lowest level.Through the MRP Ⅱ/JIT/TOC mixed management analysis and comparison of three kinds of management methods, combined with the actual situation of China tin group co., LTD, to integrate the three kinds of management methods to the enterprise’s actual management, complete the company management style design. Therefore, the thesis through five chapters to achieve this purpose.In these outstanding management methods at the same time, complement each other, combined with a variety of management methods, and applied to domestic enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises, improve the quality management of enterprises, to obtain long-term development, has more and more important practical significance. Also hope that through these management theory and method in the analysis and use of the company, for the use of other small and medium-sized manufacturing, to provide reference of experience and value.
