In the current market, The traditional manufacturing is faced with more and more fierceness market competition : shorter producing period , smaller batch amount ,more produce styles, high quality demand and so on . The producing mode of many variety shortcut was chosen by many enterprises . Our textile enterprises have realized that to enhance the competition abilities of the enterprises, they must promote their level of management.This dissertation , based on the deep investigation and study on textile enterprise , used the planning method of TOC theory, researched the planning management of LUYIN group cashmere fabric factory and improved the planning and controlling system.This dissertation mainly include the following point:1. This dissertation analyses the planning management issue within the textile enterprises , introduced some correlation theory , The investigable emphases is OPT theory.2.Through the research of the planning and controlling system with the LUYIN group cashmere fabric factory , we find the key to solve the problem ,that is bottleneck.3.
