Workers of the enterprise status, power and obligation, has always been the object of study of the theory of labor relations, is the main task of the trade union organizations. The paper based on the human resource management and labor relations both independent and interrelated theory as the research object, on Marx’s theory of labor relations and the theory of Sinicization of Marxism, in academic circles, politics, business, human resources management of labor relations theory different understanding for the research of the theory of the starting point, Integrated use of historical method, comparative research, in-depth and comprehensive comparison of the human resources management and the correlation and difference of labor relations theory, from theory to find the inner relationship between the two, the basis of mutual fusion, At the same time, it points out the differences and differences of two theory. This chapter first introduces the theory of human resource management and labor relations. Then, combing, summed up the academic circles, politics, business different understanding of human resource management and labor relations and the realistic status in our country.The third chapter mainly analyzes the relationship between human resource management and labor relations theory. This chapter through the comparative study of human resource management and labor relations theory, points out that the human resource management and labor relations theory on the object of study is consistency, the research content is crossed, the pursuit of goals are overlaps. Mainly embodied in the theory of difference, the difference of the two main differences, practice three aspects.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the basic concept of human resource management and labor relations fusion. This chapter to the correlation of human resource management and labor relations theory as the basis, discussed the integration of human resource management and labor relations theory fusion the basic theory of Marxism, the domestic and foreign experience for reference, and the basic principles of mutual fusion, target and means.
