With the market competition becoming more intense, services and manufacturing enterprises pay more attention to customer satisfaction. The traditional industry with the homogenization of competition is very serious, how to improve customer satisfaction has become a problem of many companies, especially in the construction machinery industry. Although the products continue to be improved, services to be upgraded, to improve customer satisfaction seems to be very difficult. Now many companies force on what constrains the customer satisfaction and how to improve satisfaction.With the management practice in the construction machinery industry, the author makes a system study of the customer satisfaction measurement method. The author selects and optimizes index by factor analysis method, sets up customer satisfaction evaluation system and customer satisfaction index model of construction machinery industry and has done parameter estimation. Using the method of structural equation model to do the Path Analysis, calculates the influence interacted between each factor of the model. In the research author makes some suggestion for customer satisfaction and loyalty improvement in the company by digging into survey data.The research is a good attempt for the customer satisfaction index model applied in construction machinery industry. By analyzing the influence factors of the customer satisfaction, provides the right direction and strong data support for the construction machinery industry to improving product line, improving product performance and quality, optimizing production structure, Formulating Sales Strategy, Improving technical services. At the same time, it has some value of reference for customer satisfaction research in other areas.
