| This thesis is based on the theory of China stock market time rhythm and stock market cycle. It combined the stock market technical analysis with computer programming, established a kind of band stock selection model that is easy to operate. The establishment of band stock selection model shortened the time which the investors spend on to select stock in the sea of shares. It also improved the success rate for the investors in the investment process. The selected stocks has important reference value for investors.First of all, this thesis took the continuous limit-up stocks that emergenced in the rising time rhythm as the object to study. Based on the theory of "strong stocks always strong", screened the continuous limit-up stocks which has limited up in the last time rhythm out as the the target samples to study. Then, according to analysis, we find out their common features in the magnitude of price change, shrinkage ratio, time interval and other factors. Based on these common characteristics, using the computer programming language establish the band selection model in the great wisdom stock software.Secondly, we carry out an empirical study on the band selection model to analyse its universality in diffeent time rhythms. In the empirical process, we carried respectively in the rising and decreasing time rhythm. The conclusion is:during the rising time rhythm, the average increase of stocks is higher than the Shanghai Composite Index’s, and most of them are the Shanghai Composite Index’s rising leader; in the decreasing time rhythm, band selection model selected stocks fell slightly lower than the Shanghai Composite index.Finally, based on fundamental analysis and technical analysis, we proposed recommendations of how to screen stocks further from the stocks that the band selection model selected in the rising time rhythm. In order to enable investors to make the right choices in the process of investment avoiding the risk of investment. |
