In June 13, 2013, Alipay launched the Internet financial innovation products named YU E BAO,which not only satisfies the public’s micro finance demand, but also brings with unprecedented convenience of internet financial service experience.Therefore,various kinds Internet financial products followed by the main representative of YU E BAO sprung up in the market, which promote the rapid development of the entire internet finance.Since 2014, two consecutive Internet finance have been written into the government work report, marked the Internet financial formal validation from the policy level.Facing financial inherent risk and the Internet and financial depth combined the special risk, how to reduce the financial risk, guarantee consumers’ rights and the healthy and orderly development of the Internet financial, become the common thinking of a problem.Therefore, the Internet financial risk assessment and quantitative will not only further enriched and developed the Internet financial risk assessment theory, but also can improve the efficiency of the financial Internet and guard against financial risks.This paper introduces firstly the definition and development of the Internet financial mode and risk classification, and then multilevelly analysis separately from the national level, industry level and the level of Internet financial themselves. Based on the above analysis,the paper establishs 9 one-level indicators and 25 secondary indicators to set up internet financial risk assessment index system. Unlike traditional using a single risk factor analysis of hierarchical evaluation, this paper combinate organically qualitative and quantitative analysis to calculate the risk assessment index balance internet financial risk at all levels, and on this basis, the paper build AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method through the overall risk level of the corresponding estimates using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that on the one hand, the risk index that had the highest weighting in the Internet financial risks is 0.2611 from the national level risk and 0.2051 from Operational risk in one class index. Lagging of legislation, the network system security, crossing industry risk and the whole software system impact the overall risk level of Internet financial more obviously than others in secondary class index.On the other hand, due to the overall risk level of "high" levels of maximum membership degree is 0.33, and according to the maximum membership degree principle for determining the Internet financial risk rating is "high".According to the above results, this paper proposed to speed up the legal system construction, build a network security system, set up industry self-discipline association and other means to prevent the Internet financial risks.
