Research On Financial Risk Evaluation And Prevention Of ZH Company

In recent years,China's market economy have continued to slump and the economic efficiency of enterprises have increasingly reduced,which accelerate our research for financial risk assessment and control.The financial risk as the core of financial management strategy,its exists in the enterprise production and operation objectively.If there is no timely and effective protection,it will make the enterprise suffered losses,or even bankruptcy.Therefore,the study of financial risk identification,evaluation,control,has become an important issue of enterprises,also has great significance for the healthy development of enterprises.This paper first introduces the concept of financial risk,financial risk management and related theory,the causes of financial risk,characteristics,etc.In combination with the present situation of ZH company,find out the problems and explore the causes of the formation of the financial risk.In the identification of ZH financial risk,the probability of the financial crisis of ZH company is judged by the F score model.Then,through the analysis of financial statements,this paper specifically identify the financial risk of ZH company.hen evaluating the financial risk,we draw lessons from the domestic implementation of enterprise performance evaluation Standard.In combination with the actual situation,we select the profit ability,operati on ability,debt paying ability and development ability,with the total of 12 financial index to evaluate financial risk.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of evaluation index and efficiency coefficient method to dispose the evaluation index,we determine the degree of financial risk of ZH company and find the main factors affecting the financial risk.Through the analysis of relevant data,we find that ZH company is facing a serious financial risk,and finally we combine with its major financial risk,and put forward the corresponding preventive measures.
