| Since the municipality, the level of urbanization development in Chongqing continues to improve, and in the western region has been at a higher level. As an important driving force, current construction of new urbanization has been promoting economic development in Chongqing. How to choose effective measures to promote the construction of new urbanization in Chongqing, is to continue to choose the traditional government spending led to land urbanization, in order to achieve the population urbanization, or choose the leading financial markets, in order to achieve land urbanization, industrialization urbanization, population urbanization synchronized and coordinated development.The traditional model of urbanization relies mainly government expenditure as well as the way land transfer for construction, often resulting suited to urban development, "Constructing Cities", this model is not sustainable, and the new urbanization patterns through the use of market rules, that is an intensive, green, smart, low-carbon path, so as to achieve the coordinated development of industry, ecology, population, and only by way of government spending can’t completely solve the funding gap, which needs function of financial markets, in order to achieve efficient allocation of resources, and ultimately the construction of new urbanization and development.This paper describes two aspects of financial support for the construction of new urbanization from the theoretical research and empirical analysis. The theory, mainly carries on the simple summary to the relevant theory of the financial development and urbanization construction,provide a theoretical basis for the writing of the article, on the basis of the financial market, furthermore, elaborates the mechanism of Urbanization. At the same time, we analyzed the status quo of Chongqing financial market and the status quo of the construction of urbanization, and taking Chongqing as an example, detailed analysis of the current situation of the financial support for the construction of urbanization. Use an empirical analysis, clouding the method of time series analysis, the unit root test, test whether the sequence with a smooth; then use the Granger causality to test the variables, finally, use Johansen co-integration to test variables, and establish the vector error correction model(VECM model), therefore achieve an empirical study of the correlation between new urbanization and financial market of Chongqing City, finally obtains the relationship between the two, through the analysis, get the results of the empirical conclusions, and finally puts forward the Countermeasures of Chongqing City on financial support for new urbanization building. |
