Pension real estate is a new estate mode of pension + real estate, it is to the elderly as a target customer groups, by real estate development enterprises or relevant were to invest in the construction business, for the elderly are for design, support and services to meet its demand for a class of property products. In the face of the invisible Chinese pension market just need the blue ocean market, enterprises of all types of itch for a try. The current endowment real estate in China is still in the initial stage, a serious shortage of supply.Zhengzhou as the capital of Henan Province, the aging degree of depth. The Zhengzhou endowment real estate in the exploratory stage, compared to its customers and customer groups first-tier cities have different characteristics. Target customers include not only the elderly, also including the elderly children in all age groups. Community owned can meet all ages of property allocation, so that the elderly in the familiar living environment retirement life, for the elderly in terms of this real estate project is a family and social old-age pension with the vitality of the community. And according to the domestic situation and company the development mode of community of all ages, financing mode, profit model and business model design and implementation of development projects proposed safeguards.Commercial endowment real estate projects at present serious shortage, but the enterprise in the development faces development difficulty and an unstable environment, lack of operating experience and other problems, find and realize their sustainable management is each big enterprise and social forces need as soon as possible to face and solve the problem.
