In an era of economic globalization, the development and application of information technology and network technology around the world have accelerated the evolution of international trade ways. Traditional international trades achieve the matching of information of transaction in the Internet. For the management of the risk of exports, the process of international trade and after-sales services must be achieved offline. Companying the popularity of the Internet in the world, the cross-border shopping through the Internet has been a new tendency in international trades.The report of Nielsen about cross-border e-commerce showed that in 2013 the transaction of global cross-border had reached 105 bn dollars and be expected to 307 bn dollars. Not only does cross-border shopping in the Internet enrich the kinds of personal consumer goods through the world, but diversifies the ways of international trade. The article itself studies foreigner consumers how to buy weddings and dresses made in China only through the Internet, which is the research of how to apply B2 C cross-border e-commerce in China’s exports. B2 C cross-border e-commerce would broke the traditional ways of international trade characterized by containerization, long-period and large-order and then achieve the direct communications and then make a deal between domestic suppliers and foreign consumers.The article studies the status quo and the basic theory of B2 C cross-border e-commerce applied by domestic suppliers and then found the trade way would be an important part of the development of China’s exports. National policies have been preparing and been applied to help and perfect the new way of exports for domestic supplier. Taking the representative enterprise A for example engaging in the design, the production and the marketing of weddings and dresses, the article researches the application of B2 C cross-border e-commerce by domestic suppliers and mainly includes the foreign consumers of weddings and dresses, the domestic suppliers of the production, the transaction platforms of B2 C cross-border e-commerce and the ancillary services to the trade way. If the supplier A would apply effectively the platforms to export own products, it needs to integrate the relative resources, for example cross-border logistic, cargo-clearance, cross-border payment and after-sales service. Finally the article makes some countermeasures for enterprises, related industries and national policies for the application of the trade way, B2 C cross-border e-commerce in China’s exports.
