At present, the economic globalization, accelerate the adjustment of international division of labor, the trend of international industrial transfer has become increasingly evident. January in 2010, 《the Demonstration Area Programming of Anhui Wanjiang City Cluster Undertaking Industrial Reloeation 》 was offieially approved by the State Counci, Demonstration area industries to relocate to the city along the Yangtze River in Anhui band into national development strategies. For now, Anhui Wanjiang City Cluster is one of the industry to undertake the international transfer of the critical period. Wanjiang City Cluster how to use own superiority, reasonable and effective to undertake the transfer of international industries to further promote the great-leap-forward development of it’s industrial, will be a major topic in Wanjiang City Cluster. Through analyzing the influence of international industry transfer in Wanjiang City Cluster, let us fully aware that the objective existence of favorable factors and unfavorable factors, disadvantage into advantage, provide the basis for further enhance the attractiveness of Wanjiang City Cluster.In this paper, at first analyzes the status, environment, current situation and other various factors of Wanjiang City Cluster undertake international industry transfer, and then an empirical analysis of the factors that can be quantified, the relevant conclusions and policy recommendations according to the conclusions. The main conclusions of this dissertation are:Firstly economic factors are still main factors affect Wanjiang City Cluster undertake international industrial transfer. The labor price level of Wanjiang City Cluster is low, that attract international industry transfer greatly;Secondly in the institutional and policy factors and other factors, one of the most important aspects of Wanjiang City Cluster undertake international industrial transfer from increase the rate of the tax burdenthe, secondly is enhance the fund supporting ability, degree of development of the market and location factors for domestic traffic;Thirdly from the angle of measures, for the advantages and disadvantages of Wanjiang City Cluster undertake international industrial transfer, and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations. According to the analysis of the logic above, firstly, to create a good environment to undertake industrial transfer of hard and soft environment. Secondly, further puts forward some improvement suggestions of, namely the garden into a major platform and the carrier to undertake industrial transfer, actively cultivating industrial cluster. Finally, requirements of reasonable and effective to undertake industrial transfer.
