Scientific decision is the foundation of normal operation to the management and its the basic condition of management.Decision-making biases may bring disastrous consequences.In china,as the environment changing of the organization of internal and external and the increasingly lerce competition,more and more enterprise enployees ingratiate nanagers to seek their own interests.Therefore,some scholars begin to study ingratiatory behaviors from the perspective of organization. Western scholars have been doing a lot of useful research in this field.But in the chinese culture,the researches that the influence of enterprise enployees’ ingratiatory behaviors to managers’decision-making biases isrelatively scarce.The research is basied on this and revolves around three aspects.The research discusses the mutual relation and function of enterprise enployees’ingratiatory behaviors,organizational justice and managers’decision-making biases respectively.It provides the reference for enterprise human resources policy.First,on the basis of reviewing the literature,the research sumarize the theory,the variable and the empirical study of enterprise enployees’ ingratiatory behaviors,organizational justice and managers’ meaning,Combining with the situation and research of Chinese culture at home and abroad,the research proposes model and research hypothesis:(1)Enterprise enployees’ingratiatory behaviors and part dimensions have positive influence to managers’decision-making biases.(2)Organizational justice and all dimensions have negative influence to managers’decision-making biases.(3)Organizational justice has positive regulating effect in the midst of enterprise enployees’ ingratiatory behaviors and managers’decision-making biases.Second,based on the domestic and foreign authoritative scales of enterprise enployees’ingratiatory behaviors,organizational justice and managers’ decision-making biases,the research designs the questionnaire.We collected 279 effective questionnaires by means of written print and internet-based platform.Enterprise enployees’ ingratiatory behaviors is composed by 6 dimensions.They are view to comply with,compliment others,giving the other party,reveal ability,reveal morality and indirect ingratiatory behaviors.Organizational justice is composed by 4 dimensions.They are distributive justice,procedural justice,leadership justice and information equity.Decision-making biases are expounded by four items.Last,we analyze the recovery of data by variance analysis,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis etc.The result shows that:(1)Others focus on ingratiatory behaviors have positive influence to nanagers’decision-making biases.Indirect ingratiatory behaviors have positive influence to managers’decision-making biases.(2)Distributive justice,procedural justice,leadership justice and information equity have negative influence to managers’decision-making biases.(3)Organizational justicehas positive regulating effect in the midst of enterprise enployees’ ingratiatory behaviors and managers’decision-making biases.
