A Study Of The Development Of Dai Yue Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park In Tai An City

Modern agricultural park, as a new model of promoting agricultural industry, appeared in China in the 1990 s. It is a new exploration for agricultural industry transformation which upgrades and restructures traditional agriculture. And it also speeds up technology application and land intensive management. The agricultural modernization has very important practical and strategic significance on the development of China’s rural economy.Up to now, many modern agricultural demonstration parks were set up in various regions, but the achievements is slim. Lack of rational planning, management mechanism and capital financing, it is difficult to build up the whole construction. On the basis of existing researches, this study tries to analyze the characteristics and laws of developing modern agricultural demonstration park.With the analysis of present situation and modern agricultural demonstration parks, it is benificial to promote the construction of modern agricultural park. In recent years, Dai Yue modern agricultural demonstration park develops its agricultural brand promotion and intensive development. This paper aims to analyze its natural geographical conditions, ecological tourism, social economy and the situation of the agricultural industrial cluster. This paper also examines the overall layout of the modern agricultural park, explores Dai Yue’s problems in the construction process, such as land restriction, imperfect infrastructure, uncomplete industrial chain and agricultural science and technology lag and so on.With the discovered problems, park management pattern, policy, technology promotion, the financing channels are carefully analyzed. Finally, combining the local condition, DaiYue modern agriculture demonstration park gets it suggestions: deepening the government function, Perfecting job security mechanism, enhancing the level of industrial park of science and technology, establishing a diversified investment system and improving the modern circulation system of agricultural products.
