Modern agricultural parks play demonstration functions of traditional agriculture to modernagriculture. exploring the development path of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture of highyield, high efficiency, high quality, played for the service of agriculture overall service function.Modern agricultural also represents the development direction of modern harmonious agriculture.There is an practical significance to research modern agricultural park and countermeasures.This thesis starts from the concept and characteristics of modern agricultural park and otheraspects, summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of modern agriculture park and the overalldevelopment of modern agricultural park, analyzes the related theory. Then, the thesis review thedevelopment of Xiaoshan modern agricultural park for data analysis and technical discussion,summed up the achievements of modern agricultural park construction, exploration construction ofthe park road. And then, the thesis analyses the deficiencies of modern agriculture park in XiaoshanDistrict, combined with local characteristics of Xiaoshan District, put forward countermeasure andsuggestion; finally, summarize the results of the study.This paper obtained the following conclusions:(1) The Xiaoshan modern agricultural park has the following characteristics: excellent in thedevelopment of facilities and equipment, advanced technology, product quality and safety, modeinnovation of management mechanism and management services in place, etc.;(2) In the implementation of modern agricultural park in the process, the government needs tolocate their functions, strengthen project management, to intensify propaganda, strengthen policyguidance and support, to improve the park land policy, encouraging the development of agriculturalproducts processing enterprises, to support the innovation of the circulation of agricultural products,and strengthen the organization and leadership of the park;(3) To speed up the transfer of land, improve the social security system of peasant farmers, andchange the traditional ideas, security the zone of agricultural land. At the same time, government needto adopt a variety of measures to increase the income of agricultural science and technology personnel,training and the introduction of high-quality agricultural science and technology personnel, to providepowerful technical support for the development of modern agriculture park;(4) Pointed out that from the point of implementation, to achieve the goal of building a modernagricultural park, the relevant units and individuals in the implementation process must take fullaccount of the Xiaoshan region, climate, topography, combined with local characteristics, and to carryout multi angle, multi types of construction of modern industrial park;(5) From the capital and infrastructure perspective, government should fully explore the variouschannels, increase financing efforts, to solve the agricultural park construction and developmentfunding problems, at the same time, the government leading agricultural enterprises, to help, to speedup infrastructure construction, improve the park production environment;This paper attempts using the development of Xiaoshan modern agriculture park as an example tofind and explore the modern agricultural park planning and construction of road to success. and toprovide analysis and reference for Zhejiang province and even the national modern agricultural parkplanning and construction.
