With the economic globalization moving further, the competition is becoming more and more serious. At present, more and more enterprises recognize that the service is very important.So they improve the service quality through set up the call center. However, many problems in the work of staff is seriously restricted the development of the company, especially in the service industry as the main business of the enterprise, therefore,the employee assistance program (EAP) have been promoted in the company.This paper comprehensively summarized the characteristics of EAP definition, EAP and operation process, then the application conditions of the core technology of EAP core technology, the function of EAP and EAP and the scope of services are analyzed in detail. Finally, on the basis of study of the comprehension of the previous literatures on the theory, combined with the actual situation in Hunan mobile call center, design questionnaire and depth interview outline the need. Through the analysis of the collected questionnaire and consolidation, we from the employee job satisfaction, work pressure, mental health status of the data, with interviews, the feasibility of EAP for Hunan mobile call center and the problems which need to be improved are studied fully.Through the data analysis, according to the actual situation formulation can improve employees’psychological promoting system. Firstly, system requirements determination and implementation of the principle are explained; secondly, the implementation of the overall plan are discussed in detail, including the goal programming scheme, the general idea, service framework, service orientation; finally for program implementation steps and details. Employee psychological promotion system is a new system for enterprise employees, is still relatively unfamiliar, its development and implementation will undoubtedly face resistance, therefore, need to related security system. For example:perfect incentive mechanism, strengthen brand consciousness, pay attention to good employer employee needs and training etc..The article hopes that through this research on EAP, help Hunan mobile call center to improve business efficiency and management level, to improve employee loyalty and cohesion, and retain talent and attract talent to. And to provide reference for solving psychological problems in China similar company or the relevant departments.
