The customer is the enterprise survival of the root, customer development and customer retention is including the telecommunications industry, all the enterprises of the fundamental, and a service, marketing functions of call center are enterprises in the marketing activities for customer resources. Call center can provide users with the best service, to provide the most effective products, recommended way, to provide the most convenient product customization channels, improve the new product promotion and timeliness, thereby increasing the enterprise’s new customer base; for the enterprise at the same time the old custom and provide personalized service strategy, take the initiative to contact given regularly caring, greeting, asking the use of products, listen to the views and recommendations, to inform the latest information, give some gifts or special offers and so on, to achieve the purpose of retaining the important customers. But the domestic call center development particularly in telecommunications industry call center in the marketing activities of the enterprises are still in the passive, provide services only to initial state, its marketing function has not been fully used.Based on the7P marketing theory as the starting point of the theory, combined with Anhui mobile customer service center real case, from the Anhui mobile call center macroeconomic environment, microcosmic environment and existed problems in penetrating analysis of Anhui mobile call center marketing development present situation, and proposed the Anhui mobile customer service center in the action in the business marketing and how to realize the transition of marketing strategy.
