Research Of Evaluation System Of Labor Resources Development

Labor resource is one of the three resources (people,money,things),which is depended on social reproduction. Drived material resources development by labor resources development, promoting economic and social developmentis the inevitable requirement of the modern economic objective laws. Researching the current situation of labor resources and labor resources development play a crucial rolein economic and social aspects.This article mainly discussed the question——labor resources development theory, the relationship between the labor resources development and economic growth, Establishment and empirical analysis of the labor resources development evaluation system, etc. Based on labor resources development, the way of labor resources development, labor resources development benefits, the policy of labor resources development, and the five aspects of economic and social development planning, we establish a relatively complete evaluation system of labor resources development; Based on the current situation of labor resources in Jiangsu province, we use cluster analysis, principal component analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis method and we evaluate the level of labor resources development about 13 provincial cities in Jiangsu Province. In the study of labor resources development, we also research the coordination with labor resources development and economic and social development of Jiangsu Province by using the coordination coefficient.In this paper, the main conclusion is that in the four aspects of the labor resources development basis, labor resources development ways, labor resources development efficiency, the coordination of labor resources and economic and social development planning of Jiangsu Province, Suzhou, Wuxi, Nanjing, Nantong, Changzhou are in high level, and Suqian and Lianyungang are in low level.And in coordination of labor resources development and economic and social growth, the coordination of Suqian,Huaian, Lianyungang is higher, and the coordination of Suzhou, Nanjing, Xuzhou is lower. At the same time, these cities have obvious regional difference in labor resources development and economic and social development.
