Dynamic Power Investment In The Western Region Based On Electricity Consumption Forecasting

Electric energy production is the essential energy in our life, healthy development of the power industry relates to a steady growth of China’s economy, especially the balanced development of the power supply and electricity demand.The first part of this paper, based on the prediction accuracy of the mind, in the extensive literature on the basis of previous studies, selected regional GDP and industrial production as two explanatory variables, as the power consumption of the main factors affecting China’s western region, and the eventual establishment of a fixed effects varying parameter model, the regression results are very good. The second part of this article prior to the annual electricity consumption in the future to predict, to predict test, test results showed that the absolute error of the power consumption by the model predicted and actual values is small, can be used for electricity consumption forecast. The third part of this paper, mainly on the construction of the power dynamic programming model and empirical analysis, mainly due to the different provinces in the western region power installed capacity and power consumption of the type selected hydropower installed capacity of thermal power installed capacity and were also studied. Finally, after a full analysis for the relevant departments to provide a reference for future power construction proposal for the healthy development of the power industry to provide a reference.
