Research On The Development Of Modern Logistics Industry Relying On The Port Group In Test Area Of Ruili

Based on the important strategies of the new round of Western Development、the opening in the southwest of China、One Belt And One Road and the Construction BCIM Economic Corridor,the development and open test area of Ruili city of Yunnan province has great potential to develop the modern logistics industry, because of its geographical advantage and channel advantage. Relying on the port group,considering the actual situation,the paper studies on the development of modern logistics industry of Ruili and obtains the following achievements:1. To speed up the development of modern logistics industry is the inevitable trend of economic and social development in the new era. Test area of Ruili is facing good opportunities and broad prospects for the development of modern logistics industry.2. Combination the development experience of port group of the domestic and foreign developed region, and the experience of port logistics and city interaction development, the paper proposes the test area of Ruili should make full use of geographical advantages and port resources, optimize the industrial layout, strengthen the coordination between various ports, share resource, complement advantages of the port group, provide strong support for the modern logistics industry in Ruili test area.3. This paper presents the target of the development of modern logistics industry of the test area of Ruili : rely on the Port Group to establish the modern logistics industry, cited the outside, speed up the development of the construction of the international land port. Put the test area of Ruili into the gold port of the border of Southwest China, and the international regional logistics center connecting the Pacific Ocean and India ocean, an important part of the logistics system of the Pan Pearl River Delta region, an important node of the international supply chain.4.
