Impact Study On Farmers’ Entrepreneurial Capital, Business Model To Entrepreneuria Performance

Recently,with the advancement of urbanization and the impact of financial crisis, a lot of land-losing farmers and returning migrant workers appear,.How to properly arrange the surplus rural labor force has become a focus of common concern to the society.However, farmers’ entrepreneurship in reality has exposed some problems in the process of development.For example,entrepreneurial farmers quality level is not high,;venture capital is lack;entrepreneurial environment is bad;Business model is traditional. Among them,business model is an important and overlooked aspect.This article is from the perspective of farmers venture capital and business model to analyze farmers’ entrepreneurship performance,at the aspect of theory it can offer new research angle of view for entrepreneurship research and material, enrich and perfect the theory of entrepreneurship research;In reality it can make enterprises realize their situation, avoid business risks and improve business efficiency.This article mainly includes the following six parts.First, combined with the research background of the farmers’ entrepreneurship, farmers’ entrepreneurial capital, business model and enterprise performance,it organizes the related literature systematically. Comprehensively reviews the research achievements at home and abroad.Second, review the target theory, theory of system resources, process theory and stakeholder theory and performance theory.Define the farmers venture capital, the concept of business model and the performance of their business starting and dimensions.Design the specific dimension index.Thirdly, it introduces the overall condition of the national farmers’ entrepreneurship and the basic situation of research area in Shanxi Province, and statistically analysis the date of research areas of shaanxi province.Fourthly,build a theoretical relationship mode of farmers’ entrepreneurial capital, business model and the performance of business. Fifthly,uses SPSS software to make correlation analysis and regression analysis of farmers’ entrepreneurial capital, business model, and farmers’ entrepreneurial performance.Uses Amos software to make Structural equation analysis of farmers’ entrepreneurial capital to farmers’ entrepreneurial performance, business model to farmers’ entrepreneurial performance and farmers’ entrepreneurial capital to business model.According to the research conclusion, puts forward policy recommendations to improve farmers’ entrepreneurship performance.Research conclusions are as follows:the farmers’ entrepreneurial capital significantly impacts farmers’ entrepreneurial performance.Private capital and family capital both significantly impacts farmers’ entrepreneurial performance,but social capital does not significantly impacts farmers’ entrepreneurial performance.Private capital and family capital both significantly impacts live performance, growth performance and innovation performance,but social capital does not significantly impacts live performance, growth performance and innovation performance.Secondly business model significantly impacts farmers’ entrepreneurial performance.Customer value, the way of profitability and cooperation value significantly impacts farmers’ entrepreneurial performance.Customer value, the way of profitability and cooperation value respectively impacts live performance, growth performance and innovation performance significantly.Fourthly, business model takes intermediary role between farmers’ entrepreneurial capital and entrepreneurial performance.
