| Farmers’ professional cooperatives is the mutual aid economic organization established by farmers. As a result of the development of the times and the innovation of the rural management system, farmers’ professional cooperatives has become one of the ideal forms of farmer entrepreneurship organization in the background of the new countryside in China. Farmers’ professional cooperatives is helpful to increasing the agricultural scale, being specialization of production, establishing standardized production, setting up brands, reducing the cost, enhancing the quality, obtaining the higher economic efficiency, and is conducive to the effective dissemination of new agricultural technology, improving the level of technical and cultural skills of farmers, to the government’s financial subsidies and tax incentives and other policy support. A large number of excellent cooperatives have emerged in the process of the development of the farmers’ professional cooperatives in China. The entrepreneurial effect was obvious, which effectively led to the increase of farmers’ income and agricultural production. However, there are some restrictive factors in the process of the farmers’ professional cooperatives, which need to be improved.This paper firstly describes the basic situation of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Pingdingshan city. Mainly discuss which product field the farmers’ professional cooperatives belong to, the sponsor type, the model level, the age of directors, the education level of directors, the organization system, technology, business, loans and government support. Find that the form is traditional, the strength is weak and the organization system is not standardized, the management and technical level are low and the lack of talent, The loan is difficult and the loan amount is low, the fund is in short supply, poor product quality and backward operation, government support effect is poor and the form is too single.Build the structural equation model to make the confirmatory analysis on the factors affecting the entrepreneurial performance of farmers’ professional cooperatives. The results show that: the director factors, the technical factors and the operating factors have positive impact on entrepreneurial performance respectively. The organizational factors have no significant impact on entrepreneurial performance. This paper puts forward the following policy suggestions:(1) to strengthen the capacity building of the directors, so that scientific decision-making and effective management could be achieved;(2) to train and introduce talents to improve the quality of the members, at the same time strengthen training to improve the quality of members;(3) to improve the product quality and to broaden the sales channels;(4) to improve rules and regulations, to standardize organizational behavior;(5) to implement policies to promote the development and growth of cooperatives;(6) To establish a typical model, to promote communication and learning. |
