Fruit and vegetable products have short preservation period, easy to rot, should not be stored for a long time and other features. Fruit and vegetable products due to factors such as season, prices, sales strategy can lead to fluctuations. Therefore, The products inventory issues has practical and theoretical role under change. Study on inventory model for perishable goods of this type in the past is demand determined under a variety of assumptions, the optimal control model is set up; or directly use the traditional model, to determine the inventory cost and ordering cost the sum of the minimum order quantity, but it has a certain gap with the actual comparison. For lack of previous research, based on the situations, combined with the fruit and vegetable products deteriorating characteristics in the allowable stock out and not allowing goods shortage, two cases to study, for the order of fruit and vegetable product inventory management to provide decision-making basis.
