The Corporate Social Responsibility Research Of State-owned Joint-stock Banks

In today’s society, enterprises have become the main economic activities. The pursuit of maximum economic benefits has become the main target of the management of it.Indu stry social responsibility movement spread worldwide and has become a powerful force in promoting the sustainable development of enterprises, in this context, the state-owned joint-stock bank balance between its own benefit and social benefit, both for the competitivenes s in the international market, the domestic market competition force still has important sig nificance. In this paper, based on relevant theories of corporate social responsibility, combi ned with the basic principle of the Marx doctrine of economic ethics, corporate social resp onsibility status of state-owned shareholding commercial banks for an objective analysis, a nd put forward reasonable suggestions.Corporate social responsibility evaluation criteria is an important basis to promote cor porate social responsibility management, actively fulfill the social responsibility of the ent erprise, has become the strategic positioning of enterprise more and more common.In this paper, the social responsibility of the enterprise of state-owned joint-stock banks,analyses t he new location, and to study the theory of corporate social responsibility on the basis o f domestic and foreign scholars, in addition to the home and abroad with the analysis of representative commercial banks in the study the advanced experience of corporate social r esponsibility, take the essence, find out the problems existing in the implementation of the state the joint-stock banks in the social responsibility of the enterprise, and puts forwards uggestions on its improvement analysis problem. Corporate social responsibility in our cou ntry have currently in the development stage, policies and regulations are not perfect, the 1 ack of a reasonable assessment of management mechanism, therefore, this paper on the bas is of the relevant theory, put forward a series ofproposals for the effective implementation of specific state-owned shareholding commercial banks corporate social responsibility. Firs t of all, to actively improve the financial credit system, the construction of corporate socia 1 responsibility and strict accountability mechanisms, the overall supervision of theimpleme ntation of the specific behavior of state-owned joint-stock banks in corporate social responsi bility in the process of. Secondly, to establish and perfect the information disclosure syste m of corporate social responsibility, strengthen the concept of corporate social responsibilit y of state-owned shareholding commercial banks. Finally, but also on the state-owned shar eholding commercial banks corporate social responsibility from the inside of a full range of pressure, in order to gradually build the matching with the state-owned shareholding co mmercial banks corporate social responsibility evaluation system.
