This paper, taking the housing accumulation fund loan risk management as the research object, making the city of Shandong province as an example, analyzes the housing accumulation fund loan risk management problems to provide some personal Suggestions, hoping to promote the healthy development of the housing accumulation fund loan management. With the further development of the reform and opening-up policy, China's urban housing system has also been gradually perfect. Housing accumulation fund system, as the most basic of the urbanization in our country plays a more and more important role, especially in helping low-income employees to buy a house and playing a positive role in building a harmonious society. However, under the new social economic situation, great changes have taken place,, loan of housing accumulation fund management is faced with some new problems and challenges. This paper argues that in the new situation, strengthen the credit risk management analysis and control, to prevent loan capital security and ensure stable and healthy development of housing accumulation fund, is the key problems should be considered.There are four main research method of this article. The first one is the actual research method, using favorable working conditions. The second is reading the literature and learning the literature view of the housing accumulation fund management. Theory in combination with practice through the actual investigation and study, combined with relevant theory is the third one. On the basis of study for housing accumulation fund loan and raise the risk management. The last one is combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis method. City in Shandong province based on the analysis of the risk management status of housing accumulation fund management center, has carried on the qualitative evaluation and use large amounts of data for the quantitative description is a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.This article is divided into five parts; the first part is introduction, including research background, research value, research methods and innovative thinking, etc. The second part involves several of housing accumulation fund loan risk management concepts and theoretical basis. The third part is the development of housing accumulation fund system and makes the city of Shandong province as an example to analyze the problems and reasons in the housing accumulation fund loan risk management of our country. The fourth part, reference Singapore's central provident fund system and the mode of the German system of housing savings. The fifth part, in view of existing problems, puts forward some Personal advice on how to improve the housing accumulation fund loan risk management,. The last part is conclusion.
