An Investigation On The Reconstructing Of City And Platform System Of Technological Innovation

The construction of a national innovation system in the era of knowledge economy has become an important factor to affect one country’s comprehensive ability and international competitiveness. Whether the construction of micro-level technological innovation platform is reasonable or not, would indirectly influence the role of national innovation systems to play through imposing an impact on the construction of the innovative city.In this work, the related researches on the technological innovation city and technological innovation platform were outlined in terms of the domestic and foreign theories. Then, the building experiences of the typical domestic and foreign technological innovation cities were summarized. Afterwards, in the stage of the development of national innovation system as the background, the evolution processes of innovative city were reviewed from six aspects, which revealed the trends of the development of innovative city. In this work, the current situation of the development of the construction of innovative city in Fujian province was analyzed by evaluation of the level of technological development. Followed by, the number of technological innovation platform and six evaluation indicators of innovative city were compared and analyzed one by one. It is indicated that there was a positive correlation between technological innovation platform and six evaluation indicators of innovative city. Based on these studies, the present situation of the construction of technological innovation platform in Fujian province were conducted a comprehensive analysis. The extrusive problems existing in the construction of technological innovation platform were revealed. Thus, the construction of technological innovation platform cluster was proposed. The framework design of technological innovation platform cluster should be implemented from nine aspects, covering guiding ideology, basic characteristics, forming path, governance mechanism, operation mode, management mechanism, coordination mechanism, evaluation and feedback, and safeguard measures.The reconstruction of technological innovation platform and the investigation and exploration of technological innovation platform system reported in this work have important theoretical and practical significance in the secondary integration of technological innovation resources, the enhancement of the city’s capability of independent innovation, the promotion of technologically innovative city construction, and the achievement of innovative national strategy.
