Home internet is the actual application of internet in Smart Home area. In 2014, as conventional appliance manufacturers including Media, Haier, TCL etc. and internet enterprises like Tencent, Xiaomi,360 etc. advanced to home internet, the smart home industry quickly entered into 2.0 generation. Facing to an emerging industry full of competition, as a new entrant without the advantage of supply chains and capital chains, how to take the owned advantage of APP development, cloud computing services and big data analysis, and make Remote Controlling e Group to gain a big segmenting market share in Smart Home, via business model innovation and industry chain integration, becomes the subject of this paper.In the beginning of this paper, based on the description of project background, market situation and prospective analysis, it indicated it’s a good chance for Remote Controlling e Group.
