This paper firstly summarized, collated and summarized the related literatures about individual career management, organizational commitment and turnover intention, through the introduction of organizational commitment as a mediating variable, put forward the model that enterprise employee individual career management how to influence on turnover intention and research hypothesis. Local enterprises employees were surveyed by questionnaire. The author made empirical analysis on the recovered data, verified the correlation between individual career management, organizational commitment and turnover intention, and then examined the organizational commitment’s intermediary effect. Finally, the writer putted forward effective management suggestions for the enterprise managers take participate in the enterprise employee’s individual career management, and reduce turnover of them according to empirical results.The main conclusions of this study are as the following:(1) Individual career management, organizational commitment and turnover intention have no significant differences in demographic variables. (2) There was a significant correlation between individual career management dimensions and turnover intention. (3) Goals setting, continue learning, pay attention to the relationship between and self presentation showed significantly positive correlation to organizational commitment, but the relationship between organizational commitment and career exploration was not significant. (4) Organizational commitment played a partial or complete intermediary effect on the relationship between individual career management and turnover intention.
