In recent years, new media is becoming an important way for children to get information, which in particular, the Internet has received the most attention.Children’s Internet users is growing, OCS age gradually goes down. There are advantages and disadvantages when children growing up in contact with the Internet. According to relevant survey, in the media that children contact with, the network received the most attention in the media, while the students are the most active groups of Internet users. Internet has become a habit of modern children. The rapid development of online advertising must be accompanied into perspective of the children, the children gradually exerting a great influence. Dissemination of results to the children can not be ignored. Problem with web-based new media advertising and children is becoming a topic of scholars’concern.This thesis is based on the role of online advertising in the status quo of children studied, using the theory of management, advertising, communication and other disciplines to analyze the impact of online advertising on children and dissemination of results to its underlying uses and mechanism, mining Online advertising spread the problems in children.In order to fully understand and master the details of the children’s use of the network, the author designed a questionnaire on children using the network’s situation、interview outline regarding children’s using the network and interview outline of parents on children using the network, and for a more in-depth investigation.Advent of the Internet provided sufficient information for children to help them learn more knowledge, to learn more, know more.However, due to various forms of advertising in order to promote children’s understanding the information without the need to be able to read, so that children’s cognitive speed of the world also has been accelerated. At the same time it is inevitable that children will absorb some experience which they do not need of their age, which is mostly producted by the communicators through exaggeration, misrepresentation or concentrated, totally inconsistent with the reality of the contents of the community. Mislead children pursue fetishism form incorrect materialistic values and so on.Our online advertising presence production varies greatly, network communication platform has poor self-discipline, lack of supervision and management of online advertising and other issues. Firstly, the government should effectively increase supervision, formulate and improve laws and regulations, in order to avoid poor contact children online advertising to provide legal protection; increase monitoring and punishment, enhanced gatekeeper function; increase minors exclusive website building efforts. Secondly, we must effectively play the role of community supervision, strengthen self-discipline, and improving marketing moral consciousness; improve the overall advertising on children’s cognitive level of society. Finally, enhance children’s advertising media literacy education through parent education and school education.
