Study Of Petri Nets Based Project Management

In recent years, project management is one of the focuses to Enterprises and Academe. Using the technologies of project management, enterprises can achieve the reasonable balance point in cost, quality and time. Competition being more and more intense, enterprises must provide the custom better products with lower-cost and higher-speed. Under the situation, the idea of Virtual Enterprise and Dynamic Alliance comes forth. This transformation of organization will certainly cause the innovation of project management.Based on the literatures, this article points out virtual project management is the result of development of project management. And this article analyzes the questions which exist in virtual project management. Because plan and control play an important role in project management, this article will do some research on them. The article wants to solve the problems in different view, so the theory of Petri Nets is introduced. Petri Nets has a lot of specialties, for example the ability of graphic modeling. After analyzing the specialties of plan and control in virtual project management, the article gives advice on decomposing of plan and on dynamic control. Further, the models have been set up with the help of Petri Nets. Moreover, the article pays attention to conflicts on multi-project, and give a proposal with Color Petri Nets.
