Relationship Between The Degree Of Enterprise Internationalization And Innovation Performance

In the era of Knowledge Economy,innovation can bring limitless value,if corporations want to have a long-term development,they have to advance with the times and enhance their innovation power. As enterprise internationalization has become the inevitable trend of multinational,innovation is an inexhaustible power to the development of each enterprise,therefore,it’s a great significance to study the relationship between the degree of enterprise internationalization and enterprise innovation performance to promote the development of enterprise internationalization.According to the views of related scholars in the academic,this paper uses Chinese top 100 multinationals as the research sample,and builds a structural equation model(SEM) to test the relationship between the degree of enterprise internationalization and innovation performance.The degree of enterprise internationalization is divided into two dimensions in this paper,those are the degree of internationalization scope and the degree of internationalization depth.It takes the degree of internationalization as the argument,innovation performance as the dependent variable,the enterprise size and industry characteristics as the control variables,thus building a structural equation model to reveal the relationship between the degree of enterprise internationalization and innovation performance.The empirical result shows that the improving of degree of internationalization scope will benefit the innovation performance,thus promoting the development of enterprises,but the degree of internationalization depth will not.At last, some relevant policies will be put forward based on the empirical analysis and study results.
