With the rapid development of science and the continuous renewal of technology system, human resources, as a source of enterprise competitive advantage, has became more and more acceptable. The problem of the relationship between human resource management and enterprise performance has attracted the attention of academics and business communities. Research on the mechanism of action has the important practical significance. Based on the different views, Existing researches have designed a variety of mediating variables and moderating variables to build theoretical models, then verify them by empirical researches. But most studies’paths tend to be one-sided, and the measurement of variables are not detailed, so their conclusions have not been recognized. The intellectual capital merge the human capital theory, role behavior theory and resource based theory together very well, as a mediating variable. On the other hand, this paper joins strategic fit as a moderating variable. Based on the view of the complete form, building a model which high performance work system affects the enterprises’performance.This paper refers to many maturity scales from domestic and overseas and designed the questionnaire. We made an investigation in some industrial parks around Zhejiang province. Using statistical analysis software for factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of empirical research show that:High performance work system, Intellectual capital have significant positive effects on business performance; High performance work system have significant positive effects on Intellectual capital; Intellectual capital between high performance work systems and corporate performance of partially or completely mediating role; Strategic fit and role in the regulation on the mediation model have not been supported.
