Then according to the size of the synthetic weight calculated the 14 important risk, operational risk is divided into secondary and weak risk, finally puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions on these risks.In this paper, using the principle of analytic hierarchy process APH to build the construction enterprises operating risk structure model, hope this model can be used in different projects, different construction enterprises to play a good role, through the model can make the management risk of the construction enterprises can get very good prevention, thereby reducing the loss of construction enterprises.
