Based On Chinese Family Ties To Explore The Way For Enterprise In Initial Stage To Construct Entrepreneurial Network

Because entrepreneurial network is the channel between enterprise and the environment, which can gain resources to help living and developing. Initial stage for firms is the time to translate ideology to action, which network is vital to survive the new firms and lay the foundation for development. There are many choices for entrepreneur to get the way to construct entrepreneurial network depending on different network background. Chinese network background is based on the traditional family ties, which is divided to family ties and pan family ties as preface-structure. Family ties consist of blood and marriage relationship, while pan family ties are made of the relationship people who learned, worked or lived together. The two ties have different impact for the way to construct entrepreneurial network, and this paper is based on Chinese family ties to explore the differences.The innovation points are in the subjest and the empirical results. Firstly, this paper explor the way for enterprise in initial stage to construct entrepreneurial network based on chinese family ties, the present research mostly depend on westen market have been offset. Then, with the empirical analysis, family ties and pan family ties have different impact to buliding entrepreneurial network.What content in this paper is to define the connotation and feature of Chinese family ties, and concluding the present studies of the way to construct entrepreneurial network by strong and weak ties theory, structural hole theory, the social capital theory and constructivism theory firstly. Then pointing out the research progress and lack, to find out what the paper begin with.Secondly,by the hypothesis of way to construct entrepreneurial network under Chinese family ties background, this paper build a model to explain the different ways.In order to test the hypothesis, a questionnaire is prepared and empirical analysis are done. Thirdly, the paper discuss the conclusion and make out a co-untermeasure to build the way to gain entrepreneurial network. At last, as there are many deficiencies, this paper points out the possible direction for future researches. In order to do the research, this paper uses the way of literature and empirical researches. Reading literature is to define what is Chinese family ties, and this is the base of this paper. Then to explore the ways to build entrepreneurial network in different theories is to choose the theory for this paper. Empirical research tests the hypothesis, and as the data are collected in China, the conclusion is suit Chinese family ties.This result of this paper as follow:ethical ties has positive influence for core, auxiliary network building, but has few impact for periphery network. Associativity ties can promote the construct of core, auxiliary and periphery network. Affective ties effect the core, auxiliary and periphery network. Instrumental ties accelerate auxiliary and periphery network, while have a little influence for core network building.Thus, the ways to construct entrepreneurial network are obvious. When a entreprise building core network, obligation and emotion in family ties with the emotion and trust in pan family ties can help. Building auxiliary network can depend on relationship and visa in family ties, meanwhile, trust and face in pan family ties worked. Constructing periphery network still needs family ties and pan family ties, emotion with visa in family ties and trust with favour in pan family ties are all significance.The significance in theory for this paper is add Chinese family ties to constructing entrepreneurial network, and offset the gap of model on the way to build entrepreneurial network. The meaning of this paper for practice is to help entrepreneurs in China fit the environment of Chinese family ties, and built entrepreneurial network in initial stage with different ways.
