As the important force to promote economic growth,entrepreneurial activities are highly valued by the governments of emerging economies.Innovation is the driving force and foundation of entrepreneurship.Under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,the value creation potential of entrepreneurial activities based on innovation is even more prominent.Entrepreneurial decision-making is the key to the success of entrepreneurial activities.New ventures are one of the most important research subjects in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship.However,few studies focus on the innovation of start-up ventures to explore the relationship of social network ties and entrepreneurial decision-making.Therefore,this study starts from the perspective of start-up entrepreneurs,and based on social network theory,entrepreneurial decision theory,opportunity recognition theory,and innovation theory,adopts the theoretical paradigm of “entrepreneurial environment-entrepreneurial opportunity-entrepreneurial decision-making “and builds a research framework for studying the influence of entrepreneurs' social network relationship on entrepreneurs' innovative entrepreneurial decisions.Using literature research and empirical research methods,it attempts to explore the relationship among entrepreneurs' weak ties and strong ties,the innovativeness of entrepreneurial opportunities,and innovative entrepreneurial decision-making,and explain the mechanism of action among them.The purpose is to propose adaptable entrepreneurial decision-making optimization schemes between entrepreneurs' social network ties and innovative entrepreneurial decision-making,and promote the innovative decision-making of start-up entrepreneurs through the effective use of social network tie.This has important theoretical and practical significance for enriching research on social networks,opportunity identification,and entrepreneurial decision-making,cultivating innovative entrepreneurs,and creating new economic development momentum.The main tasks of this study include:(1)On the basis of systematically reviewing domestic and foreign related literature,Define the concept of social network ties,innovative entrepreneurial opportunities and innovative entrepreneurial decision-making.This thesis divides social network ties into weak and strong ties,and points out that it can influence innovative entrepreneurial decision-making by influencing the innovativeness of entrepreneurial opportunities identified by entrepreneurs;(2)Analyzes the mechanism of thesocial network ties on entrepreneurs' innovative entrepreneurial decision-making through literature research,and puts forward the conceptual model and research hypothesis.(3)The empirical results show that: firstly,weak and strong ties can affect innovative entrepreneurial decision-making through both direct and indirect methods.At the same time,there are certain differences in the strength and significance of the two types of ties.Weak ties have a greater direct and indirect impact on innovative entrepreneurial decision-making.Secondly,the innovativeness of entrepreneurial opportunities plays a mediating role in different degrees between the two types of social network ties and innovative entrepreneurial decision-making.The innovativeness of entrepreneurial opportunities plays a partial intermediary role between weak ties and innovative entrepreneurial decision-making,and a complete intermediary role between strong ties and innovative entrepreneurial decision-making.
