Study Of Raoyang County’s Vegetable Leading Industry Organizational Operating Model

In recent years, Raoyang’s vegetable enterprises developed rapidly, appeared many different organizational operating models, analyzed the characteristics of vegetables organizational operating model is of great significance for improving the operational efficiency of vegetables, promoting healthy development of raoyang’s vegetable industry. Based on 11 leading enterprises vegetables typical survey of raoyang, I found that there are three forms, namely "Enterprise and Farmers", "Enterprise + cooperative + farmer" type and contract type organization operating mode. Through in-depth investigation, analysis of the characteristics and laws governing the operation of three different operating modes of organization.Firstly, the system introduces the background research of Raoyang vegetables organizational operating model, consolidate and summarize the domestic and international development organizations operating model.Combined with the leading development of the actual situation, analysis and comparison of Raoyang vegetables’ three corporate staff basic information, sales channels, technology innovation, socio-economic effects, the external economic environment, interest distribution mechanism etc., to extract the three operating modes respective advantages and disadvantages: Zhong Yue company’s strengths is in order to improve the business interests distribution mechanism, disadvantages is the lack of contact between media companies and farmers; Lv Ke company’s advantages is a high level of industrialization, disadvantages is that science and technology level is not high; Guan Zhi company’s benefits is farmers with a stable income security, disadvantages is ignoring branding.Analyzed by the advantages and disadvantages of the three organizations operating model development, we came to the conclusion of this article: the government efforts to support the development of enterprises, while the interest income distribution mechanism affecting farmers, the level of industrial development impact the dissemination of operational management. And based on the conclusions of the operating model development,there comes three tissues Suggestions: perfect benefit joint mechanism, the establishment of well-known vegetable brand, and strengthen processing capacity, increase efforts to support the government.
