In numerous financial performance evaluation, they increasingly joined the environmental performance of the relevant indicators, and they treated it as a part of the company’s financial indicators system. Performance of the ecology, environment, social responsibility become a major strategic choice for the sustainable development of enterprises, it also become a national macro requestion for a long time.Firstly,this paper is trying to lead to environmental performance related issues from domestic and foreign research present situation,It combined with theoretical analysis to reveal the importance of environmental performance evaluation. Secondly, listing the haier companies as the research object, through the collection report on its environmental and social responsibility report, annual report and the company’s web site information, it points out its existing problems of environmental performance indicators, and then analyzed the reason of the causes. Again, by combing the environmental report preparation guidelines of shandong province,it is trying to construct environmental performance evaluation index.using the method of weighted mean and export scoring method to determine the weight of each index in the index layer, such as environmental management, environmental targets and measures to reduce the environment load and performance of various categories of index weight. Finally, I will have to build environmental performance evaluation index system applied to the evaluation of haier’s environmental performance, combining the expert scoring and reasonable enterprise data, to analyze the new sysyem of envrionmental performance evaluation index.
