Study On The Effect Of Equity Incentive In The Small And Medium-sized Enterprise

With the rapid development of our economy, small and medium sized enterprises has become the main force in the development of China’s economy. In the face of numerous listing enterprises, how to evaluate its effect is good or bad, how to promote the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises, has become one of the urgent problems at present. Small and medium-sized enterprises is the hope of the future of China’s economy, in solving the employment and economic development in China has made great contributions. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to the study of small and medium sized enterprises.The purpose of this study is to small and medium-sized enterprises management equity incentive as the object, based on the analysis and research of many scholars of theory and research into, and combind with the implementation of equity incentive in China’s small and medium-sized enterprises. Focus on the implementation of equity incentive effect and small and medium-sized enterprises to manage effect. A number of indicators selected in this study effects of equity incentive, through factor analysis of the data of SPSS 16 statistical software.The study found:(1) there is a positive relationship between equity incentive and enterprises benefit. the study found that the implementation of equity incentive and enterprise performance in increasing year by year, and the rise in increasing, therefore, small and medium-sized enterprises in the implementation of equity incentive and corporate performance has positive correlation. (2) the implementation of equity incentive effect of small and medium-sized enterprises than large enterprises in the implementation of equity incentive. (3) the implementation of equity incentive and small and medium-sized enterprises in better profitability, growth capacity and asset management capacity growth in large enterprises, solvency is better than large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises.
